A new partnership to help improve a lot more leaders in policing in Windsor-Essex.

The Windsor Police Provider, in partnership with the College of Windsor, announce the start of the Windsor Police Management Progress Application on Tuesday.

Officials say the professional enhancement system will equip leaders in just the Windsor
