Kika De La Garza Fellowship Method, which provides faculty and staff members from Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and Hispanic-Serving School Districts all around the country to USDA headquarters in Washington, D.C. to learn more about USDA packages and assets. The E. Kika De La Garza Fellowship System was recognized in 1998 by a previous USDA-HACU Management Team.
